Classic Brownies

This is the go to brownies recipe whenever I crave for brownies.

Ingredients:
200gm Good quality cooking chocolates (dark)
75gm pure unsalted butter
2 eggs
40gm brown sugar
40gm granulated sugar
1/2 tspn vanilla extract
50gm Self-raising flour*
15gm Good quality cocoa powder*
Small pinch of salt*

*Sift and set aside

Instruction:
1) Melt the chocolate and butter together using a double boil method. Let it cool.

2) Combine eggs, all sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mix until well combine.
3) Combine the cool chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Stir well.
4) Add in the sifted flour and cocoa powder. Mix it well just until the flour is well combine. Don't over mix.


5) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
